3M Cavilon No Sting Barrier Film is an alcohol-free, liquid barrier film that dries quickly to form a breathable, transparent coating on the skin. It is designed to protect intact, damaged, or 'at-risk' skin from urine, feces, other body fluids, adhesive trauma, and friction. It is clinically-proven (supported by more clinical evidence than any other moisture barrier or barrier film; more than 70 clinical studies), lasts for up to 72 hours, and will not sting even when applied to broken, excoriated skin. Designed to simplify caregiving durable, breathable, fast drying, non-sticky, waterproof and CHG compatible formula allows for continuous visualization and monitoring of the skin. Active ingredients: Hexamethyldisiloxane, Isooctane, Acrylate Terpolymer, Polyphenylmethylsiloxane; 26 to 62% strength.
