A radiopaque stripe allows for X-ray visualization to confirm proper placement, while the tapered distal tip with blunted edges facilitates smooth insertion. The feeding port is flexible for easy connection to feeding devices, and a separate medication port allows for the administration of liquid medications. The secure QUAD-LOK* external retention ring helps prevent accidental dislodgement of the tube, promoting safe and reliable enteral feeding.
