The Darco OrthoWedge is a post operation shoe, designed to reduce foot pressure by 57%. It has a square toe design, which acts as a bumper to protect the toes. The ankle strap on the back holds the foot firmly in the shoe to reduce foot slippage and eliminate friction. This shoe also has a removeable forefoot closure which removes buckle pressure. There is also an EVA insole which has twice the padding of standard insoles and it can be modified as needed.
