The 2% lidocaine HCl reduces pain and inflammation and breaks the itch and scratch cycle, while aloe vera helps to reduce inflammation, moisturize, plus stimulate microcirculation and immune factors to help heal wounds quickly. This wound gel also includes marine collagen that acts as humectant, providing a natural barrier, and sodium alginate to absorb drainage.
