Dynarex L-Mesitran Soft Wound Gel with Medical-grade Honey is a primary dressing gel that contains 40% medical grade honey, hypo-allergenic lanolin, and vitamins C & E. When in contact with the wound, it provides a moist healing environment and draws fluid from the surrounding tissues through osmosis thereby enhancing wound healing. This unique wound gel is most commonly used secondary dressings because its properties help prevent these dressings from adhering to the wound bed making it ideal for use on chronic and acute wounds, surgical wounds, burns, fungating wounds, and pressure ulcers at stages 1, 2, 3 or 4.
