This Suresite Matrix Transparent Film Dressing is conformable and won't stick to itself, and it has a top layer allowing continuous for observation and margin-tracing of the wound. This unique dressing is great for partial-thickness wounds; full-thickness wounds (secondary dressing); peripheral and central I.V. lines; skin tears; lacerations; abrasions; and to help prevent skin breakdown caused by friction to the epidermis. It also features microporous technology with a variety of delivery systems, but it is not suitable as a primary dressing for wounds with moderate to heavy drainage; however, it may be left in place for up to seven days depending on the amount of drainage.
